Leasing Consultant
Rate: Salary commensurate with experience (Hourly non-exempt position)

In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements
- Experience in Leasing: At least 2-3 years of experience in residential leasing, particularly in luxury or high-end properties
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise communication both in person and via phone/email is a must. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented & Motivated: Motivated to meet or exceed leasing targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Passion Property Management: Genuine interest in working in the multi family industry and being part of a vibrant community like downtown Hollywood.
- Social Media Proficiency: Experience managing social media accounts or creating content to market the property on platforms like Instagram, Facebook.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi (or similar property management software); ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Team Player: Ability to work with the property management team, maintenance staff, and marketing team to ensure smooth operations.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Property Tours: Show prospective residents the available units, highlighting the property’s best features and unique selling points.
- Resident Relations: Serve as a point of contact for residents, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
- Market Research: Stay updated on local market conditions and competitive properties to adjust leasing strategies as necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of leases, resident interactions, and maintenance requests.

Work Days: Tuesday-Wednesday, Friday-Sunday
Work Hours: T, W, F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
