Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking Assistant Community Managers to support our apartment communities in Olympia, WA, consisting of 162 units and 190 units. Our ideal candidates support the Community Manager in keeping operations running smoothly and maintains accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including tracking rents and deposits received. Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs.
  • Yardi CRM/Voyager knowledge is preferred.
  • Must be able to work every Saturday.

Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Hours: T-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid WA Driver’s License
