Bilingual Assistant Community Manager

Texas - Dallas - Mountain Ridge - Dallas, TX - Full Time

Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 236-unit apartment community located in the Oakcliff area of South Dallas between I20 and I30! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Assistant Community Manager experience is a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
