We are searching for a Centralized AR & Property Support Specialist to join our multifamily operations team based out of our Houston or Austin Regional Office. This newly created position provides centralized accounts receivable, leasing, operational, and administrative support across multiple apartment communities within the portfolio.
The Centralized AR & Property Support Specialist serves as a key operational partner to onsite teams and leadership by supporting delinquency management, resident engagement, CRM IQ, P2P, and Yardi compliance, resident portal adoption, reporting, and operational support during staffing transitions or vacancies. Responsibilities include supporting portfolio and property objectives as directed by the Regional Director and Vice President.
Primary site location (Park at Woodlake) is our 564-unit apartment community conveniently located near Beltway 8, Highway 59, Loop 610, I-10, The Galleria, and Memorial City Mall area in Houston.

Work Days: Monday through Friday (some weekends may be required)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Minimum of 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday. Position operates from the Houston or Austin Regional Office and provides centralized support to multiple multifamily communities as business needs require. Occasional travel between portfolio communities may be required to support operational needs, training initiatives, or temporary staffing coverage.
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
