Rate: $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are searching for a Leasing Specialist for our 685-unit community, wonderfully located in North Dallas! Our Leasing Specialists lead the marketing and leasing activities for the leasing team. In addition to being the property’s lead sales representative, the Leasing Specialist will greet prospects, present the features and benefits of the property, and secure lease agreements in compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements

  • At least two years of prior leasing experience.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Yardi, or other similar programs.
  • Must be highly organized and able to type 30 WPM.
  • National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) a plus.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing training and guidance to new Leasing Consultants.
  • Assisting with marketing and resident satisfaction plans.
  • Answering and returning telephone calls.
  • Greeting visitors and showing apartments.
  • Securing leases while selling features and amenities to prospective residents.
  • Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely.

Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
