Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician Supervisor

Rate: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician Supervisor for our data center in Downtown Dallas! Requirements

• At least 7 years of supervisory experience.
• College degree in IT or related field.
• Advanced IT helpdesk, Server, and Networking knowledge (Routers, Switches, and Firewalls).
• Moderate mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• At least 5 years of customer/client relations experience.
• At least 3 years of implementing and following IT security controls procedures. 

Responsibilities

• Supervises security contractors and NOC Technicians
• Client relations
• Cooling and equipment monitoring
• Operational support
• Onsite and offsite equipment monitoring
• On call for emergencies
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Data manager.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm; Other shifts as needed.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
