Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 180-unit apartment community, nestled just north of Buckhead, in Atlanta, Georgia! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in on-site property management.
  • Assistant Community Manager experience is required. 
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver’s License
