We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 408-unit luxurious apartment community in Richardson! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

At least one year of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be available to work on the 4th day of each month when it falls on a weekend, as well as other weekends and hours as needed.

Work Days: Monday – Friday, weekends as needed.
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
